services to help plan, organize and conduct your high
school reunion. Your committee can be as involved as you like.
Classic Reunions will take care of everything else. What this
means is that we do the
work while you have the fun!
Alumni
Search
We search for everyone! We can build your database,
research
and have your first postcard in the mail within 10 – 20 days of receiving
all of your research resources. A Research Coordinator
is assigned to your reunion to provide personalized
service. Using our impressive array of national
databases, we find an average of 80-90% of each class.
Thus, maximizing the attendance and success of your
reunion.
Reunion
Financing
Don’t get
caught short! Leave the finances to us. We will plan
your budget, maintain all records and place all required
deposits with facilities and vendors. We offer secure
online registration with VISA & MasterCard.
Announcements
& Invitations
We design and print all announcements and invitations
for your reunion, featuring your school logo or mascot,
in-house. Three mailings are scheduled with the first
postcard mailed 5 – 12 months prior to the reunion,
invitations mailed 3 -5 months before the reunion, and a
reminder postcard mailed 60 days prior. We mail on a
daily basis, so any address changes will result in a new
mailing within 24 hours of receiving it.
Reunion Committee
We keep the reunion committee involved and up-to-date on
all of the plans. The committee makes all the decisions
while we handle all of the details. Timelines and
monthly updates are sent to each committee to keep
abreast of the reunion planning process. A special
section on our website allows the reunion committee to
run reports 24/7 and keep updated on research and
attendance. As well, the reunion committee has access
to email all alumni from this area through individual
and broadcast emails.
Reunion Website
Our extensive reunion website allows for your alumni to
update their own information while having the ability to
keep track of who is lost & found, who has responded,
and to register online using VISA or MasterCard. Our
Classmate Connection feature allows all alumni to email
each other and stay in touch.
Reunion Location
We will assist you in selecting a location perfectly
suited for your reunion. Our well established
relationships with local hotels, restaurants and golf
courses provide for a wide range of choices. Best of
all we take full responsibility for all contracts,
deposits, financial risk and liability insurance.
Publicity
A letter will be sent to your high school as well as all
Public Service Announcements to the local newspapers.
We will also contact various alumni websites and the
webmaster at your high school with details of your
reunion.
Entertainment
We arrange for excellent entertainment, designed
especially for your reunion. We'll use our booking
services to provide you with a local Disc Jockey who
will play songs from your high school years.
Photography
A professional photographer is hired to take a class
photo, or individual photos, made available to alumni at
an additional charge. This service is for our 20+
reunions.
Photo Memory Book
We produce a photo memory book as part of our service
for our 20+ year reunions. This book includes yearbook &
current pictures of your classmates, biographical
information and an alumni address/email directory. Also
included, is information from your graduating year.
Unlike many reunion books which are mailed out after the
reunion, our book is distributed to your alumni the
night of the reunion.
Decorations
Leave the decorating to us! We will decorate your
reunion site to help generate a festive atmosphere.
We’ll prepare table & site decorations using your school
colors.
Photo Name Badges
We prepare name badges for every alumni who has a
confirmed reservation to attend the reunion. Each badge
is printed with the yearbook picture. This process is
completely automated using our integrated
scanning/database program.
The Reunion
We will have staff on-hand the night of the reunion to
make sure that everything runs smoothly. Our
professional reunion night staff arrives early to handle
all the details related to facility coordination,
set-up, check-in and late registrations. They remain to
coordinate the party so it runs smoothly. Committee
members are free to be guests at their own reunion.
Support & Guidance
With over 700 reunions planned, Classic Reunions knows
that each and every reunion is unique. We have
developed a standard set of procedures which ensures
that every detail is taken care of. When you have
questions, we’ll be there to answer them and support
your decisions. Our Reunion Coordinators personally
answer all phone calls to give professional and timely
service to all of our committees and alumni. Our office
is located in Beaverton and open from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm,
Monday – Friday. You can feel free to drop by at
