Your Reunion - Frequently Asked Questions:

How is the ticket price determined?
The price is based on class size, facility venue, menu selection, etc. Keep in mind that the price you pay for your reunion ticket covers more than just your dinner. There are many other costs involved in planning a reunion such as printing, postage, alumni search, decorations, entertainment, database management, website management, directory/memory book production, name tags and reunion night staffing to name a few. Everyone who attends the reunion shares in the cost of putting it on!

Why is my name missing from our Classmate list?
Classic Reunions compiles your reunion database from the resources provided by your Reunion Committee.  Typically the information received is a yearbook, graduation commencement program, previous reunion directory, and possibly an alumni address listing from your high school.  If your name does not appear on the list simply contact us and we will add your name and mailing information to the database.  Graduation from high school is not a pre-requisite for attending your reunion.  All alumni that would consider themselves a part of the class are encouraged to attend, even if they did not graduate or complete all four years with the class.

Who chooses where the reunion will be held?
The Reunion Committee for your class will make this decision. Classic Reunions assists them in making the decision, including identifying a variety of locations to consider and the associated pricing.

What is the deadline for registering to attend my reunion?
The early registration deadline for all reunions is 6 weeks prior to your scheduled reunion date, which is stated in your reunion invitation. After this date, the ticket cost will increase.  However, we realize that circumstances may prevent you from sending your payment by this deadline.  Not a problem -- we accept phone, fax, mail and online orders up to midnight the Tuesday before your reunion.

How do I get my classmate ID #?
Your classmate ID# is located on all mailers that are sent to your mailing address.  If you do not have access to your mailers, then simply contact us and we will provide this to you.  All alumni are assigned a classmate ID# for access to secure areas within the website.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes!  For your convenience we accept both VISA and MasterCard. You can use your credit card with all mail, phone, fax, or online orders.

Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No, we do not mail tickets.  In order to help keep the costs down, tickets are not mailed.  Your cancelled check, credit card statement or online email confirmation will serve as your receipt.  Your name will appear on a master guest list at the door.

Can I pay to attend the reunion at the door?
We highly recommend making a reservation prior to the night of the reunion. We can accept a limited number of dinner registrations at the door; however, nobody will be turned away (unless maximum occupancy levels have been reached). We accept cash only payments, as personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted the night of the reunion.

How can I find out who is going to attend?
The best way to determine if any one person is attending is to contact one of your committee members as they have access to the attending list.  However, you have access to the names of all the alumni who have contacted us with an interest in attending.  Visit the “View Your Classmates” page on our website and click on the “Look Who’s Contacted Us” link.  Here you will see the names of all who have contacted us and/or have registered for your reunion.

What should I wear?
We find that most Reunion Committees suggest “Dress up, Dress Down, Just be there!” The most important thing to remember is to wear something that you feel comfortable in. A good rule of thumb to follow is to dress like you would if you were attending an afternoon or evening wedding.  Private Country Clubs will often have a stricter dress code that will be noted separately in your invitation.

I have to cancel my registration – how can I get a refund?
We will be happy to honor all refunds, less a 50% cancellation fee, up to 14 days prior to the reunion.  All cancellation requests must be in writing (mail or emails accepted).
